Overview
In the gardens, special attention was given to the patios, where porcelain planks were used to mirror the traditional oak detailing seen throughout the interiors. Each property also showcases a Foras water feature in the garden, adding movement and life to the outdoor space, enhancing the overall atmosphere.
The Foras Touch
Together Foras and Avocet Homes carefully selected range of tiles that were chosen to create a versatile design palette, allowing for a cohesive aesthetic throughout each home. Additionally, pre-sale rendered stills and videos were produced to attract potential buyers early, showcasing the properties in its best possible light.
