With an abundance of living space, the property offers a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas, creating a truly exceptional living experience.

Overview
Built from architectural plans, a 3D model was used to explore various product selections in situ. After careful consideration, the final choice for the main floors and outdoor area was Foundation Talc, complemented by Nord Nix planks and a curated selection of bathrooms, which beautifully accentuate the home’s timeless design.

This visual representation has helped Avocet Homes win renovation contracts, allowing clients to see exactly how their home will evolve.
