About the Project
Kia Ora is a stunning and substantial new-build home that encompasses all the beautiful and traditional aesthetics of North Norfolk.
On the lower floor of the property the Elder Moon tile was chosen to run through most of the rooms and out into the garden, this was complemented with a Rustic wooden tile in cream.
Project
Overview
Once initial plans had been brought to Foras, the house was modelled in 3D and each of the 4 ensuite bathrooms were individually themed to celebrate Kia Ora’s individual nature.
The Foras Touch
Foras worked alongside Avocet Homes to create 3D visualisations of this project, allowing for precise material calculations and efficient ordering. The videos produced were also used to attract potential buyers early, showcasing the property in its best possible light.
