The transformation of East Farm House in Docking stands as a remarkable example of Avocet Homes' commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
When the team acquired this dilapidated family home, it was in desperate need of updating and revitalisation. Following a severe water leak that damaged much of the ceilings, the property was completely gutted, allowing for a fresh start.
